Personal training is the perfect way to jump start all your fitness goals, give you a motivational boost, cure a training plateau, or teach you the basics. Any level of fitness can benefit from the education of a personal training. We understand that every body responds differently, and deserves the personal tailoring that will make your workout the most effective for your body.

How We Are Setting the Bar

With so many certifications out there, even some that only require a few hours in front of your home computer, we found it necessary to "set the bar". We require our personal trainers to go through certification courses from some of the most well known and respected organizations in the world.

What is the purpose of Diet Analysis?

This three-day diet analysis can be extremely helpful for the average person. Most people eat what they are craving, whether or not it is healthy. Many people do not realize that the foods they are eating on daily basis are most likely not providing them with a well-rounded diet or the nutrients their body needs. In this diet analysis, the client will keep track of their complete food and liquid
intake for three days. All of that information will then be entered into a computer program which will provide the client with the information they need to analyze their diet. They will be able to see which nutrients they are lacking, and in which areas they are
consuming too much. As a result, the client will have a much better understanding of what foods contain certain nutrients that they need more or less of, and can adjust their diet accordingly.
Not only will the client be able to lose weight, but they will also be able to live a healthier lifestyle in a more natural way rather than feeling like they are bound to a restrictive and boring diet. They will also be more aware of the things they are consuming and the effect that will have on their body. The goal of this diet analysis is to equip people with the information they need to understand the effects of the foods they are eating. In turn, they will be able to live a healthier lifestyle and even prevent future potential diseases.
