Due to recent procedural changes required for compliance with the ABC permit process, please submit the Request to Serve Alcohol On Campus Application AND notify University Catering a minimum of 30 days prior to your event date. Additional fees will apply.
University Dining Services is the exclusive provider of food/beverage service on campus. Please note that if you are requesting a waiver from University Catering, you must submit the Food Service Waiver form a minimum of 30 days prior to your event data, available on our Forms Page.
