Tapingo Frequently Asked Questions
A: University Dining Services has partnered with Tapingo. Tapingo is a mobile ordering solution for on campus dining. Customers can order food and beverages using their smart phone, tablet, or computer. By doing so, the order is processed and ready for a speedy pick up. The Tapingo app is free to download in the mobile App Store, and there are no hidden fees. To set up a Tapingo account after downloading the app, simply enter the user name and payment information which you wish to use.
A: Yes, the layout of the Tapingo app will appear slightly different, but will still contain all of the same information. For example, on any other smart phone the app would look similar to the images below.
A: Subway Express, Panda Express, Robertitos, Taco Bell Express, and The Bucket.
A: At this time, Starbucks is currently not available through Tapingo.
A: Yes, Bulldog Cards can be used to make purchases through Tapingo, along with credit and credit/debit cards.
A: Yes. Tapingo follows generally accepted industry standards to protect your personal information. When using Tapingo, users are able to log out of the app when not in use, but do not have to log out unless they feel more comfortable. You will also log in with a personal 4-digit PIN every time you order through Tapingo.

A: After downloading the free Tapingo app, you will set up your account by following the steps prompted on your screen. During this process you will be asked to create a 4-digit pin.
A: If you accidentally order an item, you can delete it by clicking “Edit” in the top right corner of the checkout screen.
A: There will be a specific area designated for Tapingo order pick up, at each venue. Just look for the orange Tapingo pick up signs.
A: All you need to bring with you is your order confirmation number, which can be found on your mobile device under your order summary.
A: Please make sure your order is equal to or less than $300.

A: By clicking on the help tab of your order history, you will be prompted to notify Tapingo of any problems you may have.
